The Media Interface Performance Cable kit promises comfortable use of external audio devices whilst driving and allows secure operation via the operating units of the vehicle. The cable, which is suitable for all devices with USB type C connection, puts additional information such as folder structure, artist or track title onto the vehicle display or the instrument cluster. This connection takes place via the USB port (Media Interface) in the front stowage compartment or the centre console. Depending on the mobile end device the cable can be used as a battery charging station.
