Service Plan Options include:

  • BestBasic - Service only.
  • BestBasic Plus – A Service bundled with an optional extended battery warranty for EV vehicles.
  • BestBasic Complete – A Complete Service and Repair Plan, tailored to your needs.

 

Pricing is preset, transparent and provides savings versus the Assured Price Service program. Service Plans cover the first 3 to 5 scheduled services, regardless of your vehicle’s warranty period, with any unused services transferable to the next owner.

BestBasic

BestBasic is a regularly scheduled A/B maintenance book or vehicle maintenance system service that covers a full vehicle diagnostics, adjustments and inspections of technical systems and materials as per manufacturer’s guidelines, with replacement of fluids and their filter elements.

BestBasic Plus

BestBasic Plus will give you the ability to extend your battery warranty as part of an eligible Service Plan, extending the battery warranty to 8 years/300,000km from the standard 8 years/160,000km.

BestBasic Complete

Transparent pricing makes the Complete perfect for planning your expenditure. It’s an entirely fixed-cost maintenance package that can be tailored to suit your business’s specific needs. It covers all services and wear and tear components for up to five years or more, to suit your needs. Enquire with your retailer to find out more. Plus, it covers repairs and roadside assistance past the standard warranty period, and all work is carried out by Mercedes-Benz trained technicians, fitting only Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts.
